well OK like you can't mind control people that's impossible but if you get people who are susceptible you can definitely encourage them to act strangely but within like, their own parameters? like you're not going to get someone non violent to get into fights, you know? and you can make people forget stuff, you can make them lose time. I've had that happen.
they all sure seem to have spotty memories. it's nothing concrete but it might point to a single person fucking with them? to get them to witness all this horrible stuff?
